We walked by the Greek Wave a few times when exploring the A1A area. Didn't go in but thought.. "Ooo Greek food!" So when we felt like spending the night in one night, we pulled out our Eat24 app. They deliver! Both ordered the gyro and fries and I got their soup (to make that $25 minimum). Soup was interesting. it was lemony with chicken in a white broth. Solid. I liked it. The gyro and fries on the other hand were a sloppy mess. Fries were super soggy! I get that they delivered them but how did they become this soggy when the fries itself were piping hot? Gyro was a mess. I was okay with the fact that the meat is a little salty. You figure the tzazitki and pita will counter balance that. Nope! The white onions in it were disgusting! Reminded me of hot dog onions you get at the ball park but way worst quality. I pulled them all out. I couldn't believe how poor our food tasted. Bad day, maybe? I was bummed...

Wow! Wasn't expecting such a gem in the middle of the beach tourist area. Cute little place and the gyro meat was so tender, the hummus some of the best I've ever had, the pita bread hot and yummy.... If you are looking for a casual, quick bite... Choose to support this place than the money pits on the beach :)

This place was an easy walk from where we were staying. I did like my food but I wasn't blown away. The greek salad was okay and the gyro tasted fine. If in the area again I may go back, but again nothing special in my eyes.

I got into town and needed to get a quick bite to eat within range of my hotel. I searched Yelp for this location and decided to walk to it as I was in the mood for a Gyro late at night. I walked into this establishment and noticed it reminded me a lot of the bigger city eateries where if you were a little bit drunk you could go into and get a quick bite to eat. I settled on a classic Gyro Platter with french fries and a drink (for me it was water). I can say that I was not disappointed at all with the food as the food was freshly prepared, delicious and brought to me by the lovely staff there. The only drawback(s) that I see with the location is that the food is prepared to order so it might be best to order in advance and also the hours of operation are a little under exaggerated. The ladies were closing up shop as of midnight on a Friday when the website says that they would be open until 3 a.m. in the morning so be aware if you get any late night munchies! Overall a great location, and I intend to go back whenever I have a Greek fix! Thank you ladies for being so hospitable at this location late at night!

Sailed into the marina and walked over to grab a bite to take back to boat. Ordered 2 gyros and a Greek salad. Wow they were awesome, so good we had to go back again. The food is awesome and the 2 young ladies were smiling and very polite. Highly recommend this place. The prices are very reasonable.

Ordered take out.. It was absolutely terrible. Everything. Even the Greek salad (which isn't complicated) was terrible. Would not recommend at all.

Michael Bacon's four point rating system: Good- not gourmet but definitely hits the spot after a day of beach livin. 1/1 star Fast-came out pretty fast. 1/1 star Cheap- middle of the road, like 8 bucks for a gyro and 12 for a platter. .5/1star A lot - gyro will fill you up, platter will leave you in a coma. 1/1 star. And Greek wave is good people, bonus star for a respectable four and one half star. Outstanding!

Decently priced and pretty good is how I would describe this place. When you are in Ft Lauderdale for the first time at 12 am, the options are slim pickings for food if you don't know where to go. Yelp helped me find this place. They normally deliver but the delivery guy had gone home already. We got the filet pita with the Gyro platter. Both were pretty good, but our standards at that point were pretty low for food. I wasn't too crazy about the walk from our hotel to this place between the drunk driving Spring Breakers and the drunk bar patrons around the restaurant. We both enjoyed the food though and took it to go. I believe this place serves a good purpose....offer late night grub to the bar goers in the neighborhood. And that it does very well. 3.5 stars rounded up to 4.

Make sure you don't have a groupon, came in here because I had a groupon. The cashier said he was new and did not know how to do honor it. I asked if anyone else knew how to work the groupon; he said no and that the owner was in France and there was no manager there. I asked who was running the place and he said the daughter, but she wasn't there and he didn't have her number!!!! Who does that??? I thought it was funny he doesn't know how to honor the groupon but knows how to take the coupon off the groupon website. Like really???? I will say the cashier was nice however was not qualified to be without supervision.

Amazing place! I ordered delivery to the Hyatt as I was stranded with a canceled flight for the evening. Not only were they open late with delivery (until 4 am!!!), they had wonderful food at remarkably good prices. The only drawback was that there was a $25 minimum delivery order before tax, so after tip the bill came to more than $30 for one person's meal (Which was fine in the end because I had meals to figure out the next day and a fridge in the room). The delivery person was mortified when she realized that they had forgotten the baklava to my order, and insisted that she would drive back and return with the order. When she returned within minutes, she actually had two orders of baklava as a mea culpa and a very sincere apology for keeping me waiting. (Other drawback: no silverware with the delivery order; I had a spoon on me so no sweat.) All in all, the food was delicious the price per item was amazing. I could tell that this is a mom-and-pop shop that really cares about its customers. As America becomes more corporate, it's amazing to find these little gems as you travel around. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area.

Good for what is was. Greek burger has an excellent taste and the gyros were great. Wasn't a fan of the extremely long wait time after ordering., small only cups, running out of catsup or seeing that the grape leaves came premise from a can

This is a new place and a great spot! We came in to Fort Lauderdale and didn't rent a car, so walked everywhere. My mom and I came with my 6 month old our first night in town and we're looking for something quick and tasty and this was both. They cook the meat to order, so the chicken was hot, fresh and really tasty. You get a huge plate of food, salad, chicken, side, and pita for a really reasonable price. I wasn't a huge fan of the potatoes a little too greasy...I would try the rice next time. We almost went back a second time. Very nice people too!

I had a craving for some Greek fast food and this spot satiated that hunger. I got the Lamb and beef gyro and the meat was very flavorful. It hit the spot considering that all the other places on this strip can easily dent your wallet with dinners averaging $20/person. If you want cheap, good Greek fast food, Greek Wave works

Great filet minon skewer but they only give you one skewer and two pieces of pita so you either should get an appetizer or a sandwich if you are feeling hungry. Otherwise they are fast at making your food and pretty affordable. I paid 7.95 for my skewer and pita bread :)

Yummy, fresh and tasty food plus friendly service. One block off the beach, this place is a welcomed quiet gem in the busy center of Fort Lauderdale beach. Found them via Yelp and very glad we gave them a try. Next time we visit FL, we'll eat there again!

Great first appearance...Menu looks great and prices were awesome. Stayed at a resort and got our food delivered (which took 2 hours) and had to call the place at least 2 times to check up on our order. Worker did not even know the menu when we called and was useless in answering our questions. When food was delivered, definitely soggy and could have been better but still ate it (the pool makes you hungry). We got 4 gyro pitas which is the shaved meat, lettuce, tom, onion and Tzaziki wrapped in pita bread; not bad. Also got the spicy cheese (which was not the authentic Greek food we expected) but not bad. Being Greek ourselves might have also made us judge this place extra more!

I ordered the gyro platter. Meat was tender. I was there at midnight and they have enough volume so you're not getting meat that's spun around for hours. Pita was fresh. Potatoes were well seasoned and had a nice lemony bite to it. Service was friendly. It was easy to order. Only thing was the vinaigrette was a bit sour on the salad but nothing to keep me away!

My Greek husband and I just moved back to Ft. Lauderdale and were delighted to see a Greek restaurant within walking distance from our condo. My husband was even happier to see Greek tv playing inside and authentic Greek frappes (iced shaken coffee) and a friendly Greek owner. The food was also delicious - the gyro pita had a nice fluffy pita and lots of tzatziki and the tiropita (cheese pie) portion was huge and served crispy. The spanokopita looked good too and a big portion as well. It's a great location right off A1A and Las Olas Blvd just around the corner from the Elbo Room. We will definitely be back.

The food was quite good change of pace from the standard pizza. Minus is the fries were a bit soft and extra tzatziki will cost extra.

Ate on a Wednesday about 2:00p in mid Feb on Las Olas Blvd. I know gyros and the portion size and quality was great! I had Santorino salad with gyro meat on top. Mouthwatering good! Low key, cafe, fast food style eatery, not busy during this time. Nice staff.

Visited here on vacation. Excellent food., great location (u can see some of the beach from the window !), clean modern decor, and friendly staff. We got the souvlaki platter with two skewers LOADED with grilled chicken. It included a greek salad with tasty greek dressing, a grilled pita, and a load of seasoned steak fries. LOTS of food for only $11.95! We are big eaters, and were totally full by the time we finished. Two employees both checked to see how everything was and we could genuinely say "excellent " ! We got fountain sodas and they offered to refill them for free, which was nice, too.

Great gem. The gyro meat was tasty and they give you a lot. The Greek fries a good but a bit salty. Overall I would order again.

I am not a local and have only he their food once but it was enough for me. I got a Gyro pita with no tomato. They made it with tomato but I can get over that most the time. The disappointing thing about the pita was the small amount of gyro meat and the large amount of sauce. I felt like they were trying to hide the fact that there wasn't even half the pita filled with the gyro meat. And then there was the dried oregano on EVERYTHING. It was super over powering on the gyro and on the fries. No need for it and the only thing I could figure is that they wanted it to look more fancy. This is all a shame because once I removed the majority of the sauce and took the tomatoes off, the pita was actually very good! I had to brush the dried oregano off the fries but the fries were just so so. Air conditioning would have been nice too. I think with a few changes they have the opportunity to be a great fast casual restaurant.
